WHEN IS HILL PLACE’S MOVE IN DAY?

This fall our move-in date will be August 15th, 2024! Get ready for a great year!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN RENT?

Rent, water, sewer, high-speed internet, fully furnished apartment, and access to all Hill Place amenities!
Valet trash: $10 per month and electric: 100% bill back; split evenly between the number of residents in the unit.

DO I HAVE TO MOVE OUT OVER CHRISTMAS & SUMMER BREAK LIKE ON-CAMPUS DORMS?

Nope! This is apartment living. You’ll have complete access to your apartment every single day throughout your lease term!

IS FURNITURE INCLUDED?

Yes! Every apartment includes a couch, coffee table, entertainment center, end table, and bar stools. Each bedroom includes a bed, bed frame, dresser, desk, and desk chair!

IS HILL PLACE PET FRIENDLY?

Yes! We love our furry residents! Just pay a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent.

CAN I USE FINANCIAL AID TO QUALIFY TO LIVE AT HILL PLACE?

Yes! Financial aid can help you qualify for your new home.

HOW MUCH IS PARKING?

Uncovered parking spots are open to all residents and guests at no cost. These spots are first come first serve. If you want to give your car some protection from the elements and have a reserved spot you can rent a covered/reserved spot for $40 per month.

IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO CAMPUS?

Hill Place has a private shuttle that runs to and from campus! There is also an app to track the shuttle, so no more standing in the rain!
